My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were old and outdated, needing some upgrading. Despite having to pay extra and rearrange room types, the ambiance was warm and inviting. The service was genuinely nice and helpful, even going out of their way to assist me. The location, although needing some sprucing up, was convenient, especially for accessing cruise ships. The dining options were limited and not very appealing. However, the overall experience was decent considering the price.
